ABOUT THE ASSESSMENT

What is AAIR?

The Alirity AI Readiness Assessment (AAIR) is a structured evaluation tool developed in collaboration with Dr Dorottya Sallai, Associate Professor at the London School of Economics and Chair of the AI Working Group in the Department of Management.

Organisations that invest in AI without understanding where they stand first rarely see the returns they expect. AAIR examines six interconnected areas that determine whether an organisation can adopt AI effectively and responsibly, giving leadership teams the clarity to act with confidence rather than assumption.

STEP 1

Share your details

Your details are used to deliver your report. Nothing else unless you ask us to.

STEP 2

Complete the assessment

Answer a focused set of questions across the six areas. It takes ten minutes, and if you need to step away, you can return and pick up where you left off.

STEP 3

Recieve your results

View your bespoke readiness report online or receive it directly to your inbox, with your score across each area and practical next steps tailored to your organisation.

The six areas

AAIR examines six interconnected areas that determine whether an organisation can adopt AI effectively and responsibly. Each one has been identified as critical to successful adoption. Weakness in any single area creates risk across the whole.

01.

Data

AI learns from data and acts on it. Without foundations that are clean, accessible, and well-governed, even the most sophisticated tools produce unreliable results. If the data is not ready, the AI will not be either.

04.

Customer

AI that does not serve your customers well will not serve your business either. How well you understand customer needs and expectations determines whether adoption strengthens those relationships or introduces friction that is difficult to recover from.

02.

Governance

Adopting AI without accountability structures in place creates risk rather than value. Clear ethical frameworks, oversight mechanisms, and decision-making structures are what separate responsible adoption from costly exposure.

05.

Technology

Infrastructure determines what is possible. Systems that cannot handle AI workloads, integrate with the platforms you need, or scale as requirements grow will constrain returns before they are realised

03.

People

The gap between AI investment and AI delivery is almost always a people problem. Capability, confidence, and the willingness to change how work gets done are what determine whether AI takes hold or stalls after the pilot.

06.

Strategy

Without clear intent, AI investment loses direction. Knowing why AI matters to your organisation, where it fits, and what success looks like is what gives adoption purpose and keeps investment focused.

ORGANISATION REWIRED

AAIR is the starting point. Organisation Rewired is what comes next.

AAIR shows you where you stand. Acting on it is the harder part. Closing an AI readiness gap is not a technology project alone; it takes the operating model, governance, and workforce capability to turn intent into adoption that works in practice.

Organisation Rewired is Alirity's structured programme for teams ready to build that foundation, starting with a complimentary diagnostic and a board-ready business case.
