Alirity is committed to conducting all aspects of its business ethically, responsibly, and with integrity. We recognise our duty to ensure that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and all forms of exploitation have no place in our operations or supply chains. This statement sets out the actions we take, and continually strengthen, to uphold this commitment.  We publish this statement in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Alirity is a UK-based consultancy providing technology, business operations, and strategic advisory services to clients across multiple sectors. Our workforce consists primarily of highly skilled employees and associates. While our supply chain is relatively low risk compared to manufacturing or logistics environments, we remain vigilant in assessing and addressing any risks relating to modern slavery and human trafficking.

Alirity maintains a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking. We strive to act ethically and transparently in all business relationships and implement robust controls to safeguard human rights within our organisation and throughout our supply chain.  Our internal governance, such as Staff Handbook provisions, supplier agreements, and ethical conduct policies, reinforces this commitment and guides our operational decisions.

Ensuring compliance with anti-slavery legislation is a shared responsibility across Alirity:  Senior Leadership sets strategic direction and approves this statement.  Operations & IT Governance maintains relevant policies, oversees supplier assurance, and manages due diligence processes.  All Employees and Associates are expected to act ethically, follow relevant policies, and report any concerns without fear of retaliation.

Alirity maintains a suite of policies and procedures aligned with modern slavery prevention, including:  Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy, embedded within internal governance frameworks.  Whistleblowing Policy enabling safe and confidential reporting of concerns.  Supplier Management & Due Diligence Procedures, requiring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and inclusion of anti-slavery clauses where appropriate.  Equal Opportunities & Ethical Conduct Policies, reinforcing respect for human rights across the organisation.

We apply a risk-based approach to assessing suppliers and partners. Our due diligence includes:  Verifying supplier compliance with relevant legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.  Terminating supplier relationships where ethical standards are not met.  Incorporating anti-slavery clauses within supplier and associate contracts.  Periodic review of higher-risk suppliers depending on geography, industry, or service type.

We continually monitor and review risks within our operations and supply chain through:  Annual risk reviews conducted by compliance and operations teams.  Supplier reassessment when relationships, service scope, or geographic risks change.  Integration with wider governance frameworks, including ongoing ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials initiatives.

To ensure employees can identify and report potential risks:  Awareness materials are provided during onboarding and available through internal policy hubs.  Training emphasises the importance of ethical conduct, recognising risk indicators, and escalation routes.  Staff Handbook references support this, including whistleblowing and conduct expectations.

Alirity encourages staff, associates, and suppliers to remain vigilant. Concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking can be reported through:  The internal Whistleblowing Process  Operations & IT Governance  Direct reporting to Senior Management  All reports are treated seriously, investigated promptly, and handled confidentially.

Alirity is committed to strengthening its approach to modern slavery prevention, including:  Expanding supplier due diligence documentation  Enhancing risk assessment processes and tooling  Broadening internal training and awareness materials  Updating contractual templates to ensure consistent inclusion of anti-slavery obligations  Increased transparency in monitoring, reporting, and escalation processes
